Welcome to Deerfield Estates
Since 1974, Deerfield Estates has been a place where neighbors can enjoy the comfort of home in a welcoming southwest Allen County community. With nearly 150 homes and a location just two miles west of I-69, Deerfield Estates offers a peaceful suburban setting while keeping Fort Wayne and nearby conveniences close at hand.
Over the past 25 years, the area around Deerfield Estates has grown tremendously. What was once a modest stretch along Scott Road is now home to a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and everyday services that make the area even more convenient for residents.
Since becoming part of the City of Fort Wayne in 1999, Deerfield Estates has continued to benefit from meaningful improvements while preserving the friendly spirit that makes the neighborhood special. Today, it remains a diverse and welcoming community where people from many backgrounds are proud to live, grow, and call home.
